Energy-saving technical transformation and expansion project is completed
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the company's business, products are sold throughout the country and exported to South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Southeast Asia. In order to achieve the goal of environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and high-efficiency production, since December 2017, the company has invested 3 million yuan to successively carry out energy-saving technological transformation of some production workshops and added two extrusion production lines. On March 28, 2018, all projects were completed, and the new extrusion production lines were put into use. Since then, the company's annual increase in aluminum profile production capacity is 8,000 tons, the natural gas consumption per ton in the extrusion process has been reduced from 50 to 30 cubic meters, and the power consumption per ton has been reduced from 750 to 500 degrees.
On the morning of April 8, 2016, Director Zhang and his party from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, accompanied by Secretary Wang and others from the County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, visited our company to provide guidance. General Manager Fan Cailiang accompanied them throughout the visit. The municipal leaders toured our production workshop, learning in detail about our production processes. They focused on providing guidance on the newly built PU and 4D wood grain production lines, hoping that our company's products will develop unique characteristics, quickly capture market share, and soon expand internationally.

On the morning of March 20, in order to further beautify the company's internal and external environment and enhance the awareness of greening and environmental protection among all cadres and employees, nearly 200 cadres and employees of our company carried out voluntary weeding work in a green belt of nearly 2,000 square meters around the company. This activity was carefully organized and arranged in advance, with designated weeding areas, guidance on weeding details, and safety measures in place.
